Bayer and advertising agency SpiessConsult shortlisted for Econ Awards 2010
Integrated location campaign in the area of "Strategic Corporate Communications" nominated.
The Econ Award is an important competition in Germany in different categories around the area of corporate communication, which is organized jointly by Handelsblatt and Econ-Verlag. This year there were around 250 submissions, of which 94 were shortlisted after a selection and evaluation process lasting several weeks.
The Bayer site campaign "Leverkusen and Bayer. A strong team", which was nominated in the category "Strategic Corporate Communications" along with six other contributions. The campaign, which will be supported by SpiessConsult in terms of concept, content and design, focuses on Bayer's diverse services for the Leverkusen region.
On the basis of an integrated communication approach, the communication work measures include posters and advertisements, radio spots, a photo competition, a quiz as well as an extensive Internet special and accompanying PR.
The winners of the Econ Awards 2010 will be announced at an awards ceremony on 18 November in Berlin. In the run-up to the campaign, all interested parties have the opportunity to call up further information on the campaign at www.spiessconsult.de on the reference pages.
