10 years of Team Toll Collect: Germany’s HGV toll specialist displays outstanding team spirit with exciting challenges
Düsseldorf advertising agency supports the Berlin-based service provider’s recruiting and employer branding communications.
“We achieve more together“ is the title of a recent publication from Toll Collect – and that is certainly a statement of fact, because a considerable percentage of today’s 520 or so staff have been with the company since its beginnings in 2002. In fact, three out of every four employees have been there for more than five years – and the level of customer satisfaction is high. That is clear evidence of an attractive employer.
By working so closely together, the company staff have made Toll Collect the technology leader and reference system for satellite-supported truck toll collection. As a full service provider, the Berlin-based company is responsible for the entire process chain for HGV tolls in Germany. The company is a reliable partner of the Federal government, and every year collects toll charges amounting to billions of euros. The success of the truck toll system is also increasingly making Toll Collect a pioneer for a European toll system.
All this is providing exciting challenges for motivated minds. Specialists for software development, system integration and IT security enjoy a vast number of interesting tasks and assignments at Toll Collect, as do skilled economists and project managers. At the company’s tenth anniversary celebrations, the employees took stock and gave a presentation of their company.
SpiessConsult supports Toll Collect in strategic PR projects and in matters of Corporate Design. Back in September, the agency produced an image brochure for Toll Collect.
