Ina Spiess is the founder and managing partner of SpiessConsult and, together with Robert Fuchs, is responsible for its management.
She advises clients above all in questions of corporate and brand positioning, the management of complex communication processes as well as in crisis and change processes.
Ina Spiess began her career in 1990 at Ketchum Advertising, New York. She then held various positions at Jordan McGrath Case & Taylor, also in New York. In 1997, she moved to Citigate SEA, Düsseldorf, as Account Director and later Management Supervisor, and from 2000 to 2004 took over the office management of SEA's Berlin office. At the beginning of 2005 she founded SpiessConsult.
Ina holds a BSc in Management Science from the University of Manchester and an Executive MBA from WHU/Otto-Beisheim University and Kellogg University, Chicago, in 2004. She completed stays abroad in the USA, Hong Kong and Israel. She speaks German, English and French.
Robert Fuchs is managing partner and, together with Ina Spiess, is responsible for the management of SpiessConsult.
His main areas of activity are corporate and brand positioning in change and crisis scenarios, the development of integrated communication strategies and creative concepts.
As a trained print and TV journalist and press photographer, he worked for Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, Schwäbische Zeitung, Deutscher Fachverlag and Deutsche Welle Fernsehen, among others. In 1994 he joined Spiess & Ermisch, later Citigate SEA, as a PR consultant and copywriter, where he also worked in the areas of integrated communication and advertising as Account Director from 1995. Subsequently, as Management Supervisor and Divisional Head of Consulting, he was responsible for a large number of German and international clients and budgets, particularly in the area of financial communications. He has been a Managing Partner of SpiessConsult since 2006.
Robert Fuchs studied political science and public law in Bonn and Brussels on a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and obtained an MSc in Political Sciences from the University of Edinburgh in 1994. From 2003-2004 he completed a postgraduate course in business administration at the University of Hagen. He speaks German and English.

Claire Tondreau advises American and international clients on strategic planning and brand management and represents SpiessConsult in the USA.
Since 1981, she has worked in New York in various management and executive positions, including at the advertising agencies Jordan McGrath Case & Taylor (Senior VP) and J. Walter Thompson (Senior Partner) and was Executive VP and Managing Director of Ammirati Puris Lintas. From 2000 to 2011, she was the owner of HotSpring, a New York-based brand development and corporate strategy consultancy.
Claire Tondreau studied marketing at Pennsylvania State University.
